In order to set a start date, you need to consider allowing yourself enough time for planning permission, project construction timings and your ideal completion date.

Bespoke internal finishes require pre-planning so that preparation work can be made where necessary in the structure and first fix works.

At Home Arc we can help you achieve bespoke and high end finishes by advising where prior planning may be required and can notate this on your project plans and carry this forward on to your build.

Building budgets are known to fluctuate due to unknown works and it is important that you take this into consideration. 

Allowing a contingency of 10-15% of your overall budget for potential additional works will provide a safety net.

 
We have lots of experience in every stage of the building process and can offer an estimating service to help you budget for your new project.

We can offer a fixed price quotation for our new projects.
